Our facilities operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so in consultation with managers, flexible working patterns can be negotiated.
Being a Not for Profit organisation we are able to offer tax free income up to $15,900 per year. This means that employee’s can make significant savings to their take home pay. You can also participate in a career path program. You will be supported in gaining qualifications that will deliver a career path in aged care. We offer funded aged care specific qualifications from Certificate III level on. Our training coordinator will provide information on sources of funding and will assist you in navigating the process.

The main office, Harbourside Haven, is situated at Shoal Bay. It is located on the southern shore of Port Stephens. The area includes part of Tomaree National Park within its boundaries and, like other suburbs around Port Stephens, is a popular tourist destination, especially in summer months. At the 2011 census the town of Shoal Bay had a population of 1,838 but the population increases significantly during tourist season. It offers gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping as well as being known as one of the best places in the world to see dolphins “in the wild”.
